Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling role in a school setting? We have a wonderful opportunity near Dewey Beach, DE! If you’re ready to make a real difference in students’ lives, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on assessments
  • Work with students on articulation, language, social communication, and fluency
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor student progress
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services
  • Maintain clear records and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Delaware SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is helpful but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
