A school district near Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. This position will cover both summer and the 2025-2026 school year. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and supervision throughout their fellowship year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students of varying age groups
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and establish therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success
- Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Offer mentorship and guidance to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Requirements for Clinical Fellows (CFs):
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license or eligibility
- Completion of the academic portion of the SLP program
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a school environment
- Willingness to learn and receive mentorship for professional development
