Your Visionary Role:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that are both effective and engaging.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress.
Your Visionary Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- A valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
- Strong collaborative skills.
Your Visionary Compensation:
- The average hourly rate for a contract School Speech-Language Pathologist in the Tukwila, WA area is approximately $45-$68 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
