NEW - Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (School Based) - Needed in Providence
Providence, RI
Soliant Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and CCC-certified professionals, for a full-time school-based position in Providence, RI. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population and provide essential speech and language services in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and progress reports
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Rhode Island SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply – supervision available!)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based role
- Caseload varies by assignment (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Supportive team environment with mentorship for CFYs
- Contract for the full school year, with potential renewal
