Soliant is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a full-time school-based position near Placer County, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direct therapy services to students in need while working within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide individual and group therapy to help students develop communication skills.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress and comply with state and district guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student success.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
- California Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential or Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (Required for school-based settings).
Experience & Skills:
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, therapy strategies, and intervention techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be provided supervision and mentorship.
