Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Rifle, CO. As an SLP, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders that affect their ability to speak, understand language, and effectively communicate in educational settings. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students through personalized therapy and intervention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings as determined by student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Colorado state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
