ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist this school year for a position located in the Oakland, CA area. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Effective Communication – Assist students in clearly expressing their ideas, both verbally and in writing.
- Enhance Cognitive Abilities – Strengthen memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills to support improved learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and Address Speech Disorders – Create tailored strategies for students with speech, fluency, and voice challenges.
- Provide Alternative Communication Solutions – Provide non-verbal students with the tools and technology they need to communicate.
- Foster Social & Academic Communication – Teach students how to effectively engage in conversations and participate in classroom discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must possess an active California SLP license (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply).
- Education: A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
- Experience: Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary – $60–$70 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
