About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in New Bedford, MA. This full-time, onsite role involves working with K-12 students to support speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Candidates must have prior school-based experience, and additional details will be provided during the interview.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Location: New Bedford, MA (onsite only)
- Experience Required: Must have school-based experience
- Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students as directed by the SLP
- Assist with evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress tracking
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Support the development and implementation of IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license
- Prior school-based experience required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow SLP-directed therapy plans
