Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for an onsite school-based role in Moreno, CA. This position will allow you to work directly with students in an engaging school environment, providing hands-on support to enhance their communication skills.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time (35-37.5 hours per week).
- Caseload: K-12 students (specifics provided upon interview).
- Onsite: 5 days per week in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising SLP in implementing individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under SLP supervision.
- Monitor student progress and report findings to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
- State licensure to practice as an SLPA.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
