We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team in Monroe, CT. This part-time position offers the chance to work hands-on with students and support their growth and independence.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-Time, specific hours to be discussed.
- Caseload: K-12 students, focusing on developing motor and sensory skills.
- Location: Onsite in Monroe, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, create therapy plans, and provide direct services.
- Work with teachers and staff to support students’ functional skills.
- Document student progress and participate in team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- For OT: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and Connecticut licensure.
- For COTA: Associate’s Degree and certification/licensure in Connecticut.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
