Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Milton, MA
ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Milton, MA. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured and supportive school environment, helping PreK-5th grade students develop essential communication skills.
Position Overview:
- Location: Milton, MA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM
- Caseload: 38 students, PreK - 5th grade
- Setting: General education classrooms with pull-out therapy sessions
- Duties: Conduct speech evaluations and provide direct therapy
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to tailor intervention strategies
- Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school teams, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
