Compensation: $40-$60 Competitive, based on experience
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, or High School – Candidate's Preference
Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) – Supervision Provided

We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to work in school settings across Connecticut. Whether you prefer working with elementary, middle, or high school students, we have openings tailored to your expertise and interests. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply, as we provide excellent mentorship and supervision opportunities.
Your Role:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to enhance student success.
- Maintain IEPs and progress reports following school and state guidelines.
- Implement engaging, evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to student needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Connecticut SLP license & ASHA CCCs (or CF eligibility).
- CT Department of Education certification required.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
