Location: Holly Springs, MS (approximately 1 hour southeast of Memphis, TN)
Discipline: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Contract Dates: August 8, 2024 - May 30, 2025
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 15 elementary students
Number of Positions: 1
Work Setting: Onsite
Special Requirements: MS SLP License
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Holly Springs, MS. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elementary students and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to approximately 15 elementary students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Mississippi.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting.
