Full Time School Speech Language Pathologist Position
Now Hiring: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Manassas, VA Area
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Manassas, VA area. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about helping students thrive through communication development and support services.
Minimum Qualifications – Virginia State Requirements:
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
-
Possess an active Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) license
-
Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) license with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Must have prior professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting
-
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly preferred
-
Satisfy all local and state background checks and fingerprinting requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure integrated support
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records and progress reports
-
Support student success through inclusive communication strategies and interventions
