Position Details:

  • Location: Near Long Neck, DE
  • Position Type: Full-time, school-based role
  • Duties:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students
  • Track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
