About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Little Rock, AR. This position is available ASAP through May 22, 2025 and offers 35 hours per week. The role involves working with early childhood students (ages 3-5) in an itinerant setting, traveling between school sites. The district is open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as well as two part-time candidates if needed.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week) or two part-time candidates
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 22, 2025
- Caseload: Early childhood (3-5 years old)
- Setting: Itinerant (travel between locations required)
- Location: Little Rock, AR
- Open To: SLPs, SLPAs, and CFs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Travel between multiple school sites to support students
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Maintain IEP documentation and track student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs)
- Active Arkansas SLP or SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs
- School-based or early childhood experience preferred
- Strong ability to adapt to different school settings
