Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Contract Position in Little Rock, AR
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract opportunity in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position offers the chance to make a positive impact on students' communication skills in a supportive school environment.

- Caseload: Elementary and/or Secondary School Students (Varied)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for students
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document progress and maintain detailed records of services provided
- Address a variety of speech disorders such as articulation, language delays, fluency, and social communication challenges
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid SLP License in the state of Arkansas
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Background Check and Fingerprints required for school district clearance
- Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required
