Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Position

Caseload: K-8th Grade, Split Between 2 Campuses
Soliant Health is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Lapeer, MI. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working across multiple campuses and supporting K-8 students in traditional school settings. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, onsite only.
- Caseload: K-8th grade, split 50/50 between two campuses.
- Service Model: Traditional path school services (direct therapy, assessments, and documentation).
- No SLPA support.
- Open to new graduate SLPs with appropriate licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K-8 students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct, onsite therapy services to students across two campuses.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to work across two campuses.
- Commitment to onsite services (remote or hybrid options are not available).
