Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening – Land O' Lakes, FL

Location: Land O' Lakes, FL
Position Type: Full-Time, Leave
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview:
Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Land O' Lakes, Florida. This position involves working with K-12 students to address their speech and language needs in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Florida SLP license (SLP-CCC preferred).
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
