Position Overview:
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lancaster, CA. This full-time, onsite role involves working with a caseload of individuals aged 5-22. The caseload will be shared with a part-time SLP and a full-time SLPA.
Responsibilities:

Assess and treat speech and language disorders for ages 5-22.

Develop and carry out treatment plans.

Provide therapy individually and in groups.

Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Track patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Supervise the SLPA.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active California State SLP License.
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience with children and young adults is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
