About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Kentwood, MI. This position offers the chance to work across two school locations, serving a K-12 caseload alongside a collaborative team of SLPs. The role is open to CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and runs ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Location: Kentwood, MI (traveling between two schools)
- Collaboration: Work closely with other SLPs for support and mentorship
- Open To: CCC-SLPs and CFYs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Travel between two school sites to deliver therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and fellow SLPs to support student success
- Maintain IEP documentation and track progress toward goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and CCC-SLPs
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
