Job Details:
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Kelso, WA for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work across various grade levels (K-12th) and make a significant impact on students' speech and language development. Caseloads and grade levels will be assigned based on previous experience, allowing you to work within your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and student needs.

Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, providing input, tracking progress, and ensuring educational goals are met.

Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through improved communication skills.
Requirements:
-
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington state.

Previous experience working with students from K-12th grade is preferred.

Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based practices.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Commitment to supporting students in achieving their speech and language goals.
