Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Jackson, NC. This position offers a unique chance to positively impact the lives of students for the remainder of the school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Therapy Services: Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech and language challenges.
- IEP Development: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to support students’ communication goals.
- Progress Tracking: Document student progress and maintain comprehensive records.
- Professional Development: Engage in team meetings and pursue ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid North Carolina state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
