A school district in Jackson County, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This position is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), offering a supportive and collaborative environment for professional growth. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, allowing flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Missouri SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—mentorship and supervision will be provided.
- ASHA CCCs preferred but not required for CFs.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
