Dates: July 29th, 2025 – May 29th, 2026
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
BlazerJobs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting Early Childhood/PreK opportunity in Aldine, TX for the 2025-2026 school year. As a key member of the team, you’ll work with our youngest learners to provide early intervention services, improving their communication skills and ensuring they start school with the support they need. If you are a creative, child-focused SLP eager to make a difference in early childhood education, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language concerns.

Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for EC/PreK students.

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve communication and language development.
-
Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive environment for speech and language development.
-
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Provide professional guidance and support to staff and parents.
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
SLP licensure in Texas (or the ability to obtain licensure before the start date).

Experience working with early childhood and PreK students preferred.

Knowledge of early intervention strategies for speech and language development.

Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments for young children.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
