State & Federal Requirements:

  • Active Florida SLP license

  • Compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy services

  • Passing background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district)

Job Description & Duties:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Work closely with educators and families to support student communication goals

  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school district guidelines

  • Participate in meetings and provide professional recommendations for interventions
