Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their CCCs to join a school-based team in Hollis, NH. This is a full-time, onsite position covering a maternity leave for the 2024-2025 school year. The position will focus on supporting lower elementary students, servicing pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 32.5 hours per week.
- Caseload: Lower elementary school students, Pre-K to 3rd grade.
- Location: Onsite in Hollis, NH.
- Duration: Early November to January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students’ goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Active NH state licensure as an SLP.
- Experience: Strong school-based experience required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented approach.
