About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Holland, MI. This position offers full-time hours and involves working across two school sites, serving a K-12 caseload. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team of SLPs to provide high-quality speech therapy services. The district is open to CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs).
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Location: Holland, MI (traveling between two schools)
- Collaboration: Work with other SLPs for support and mentorship
- Open To: CCC-SLPs and CFYs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Travel between two school locations as part of the caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other SLPs to support student success
- Maintain IEP documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and CCC-SLPs
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
