Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey. This full-time position involves providing services to middle school students, helping them improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students with diverse needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students’ overall development and success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid New Jersey SLP license and NJ educator license.
- Experience working with middle school students preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
