About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Groton, CT. This in-person opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a supportive school district with engaged educators and students.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Location: Groton, CT (in-person only)
- Schedule: Flexible (discussed in the interview)
- Caseload: School-based, details provided during the interview
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in need of speech support
- Conduct evaluations and implement personalized therapy plans
- Work with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote student success
- Maintain IEP documentation and goal progress
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut SLP license
- School-based experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
