A dedicated school district near Argo Corners, DE, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team! This role offers the chance to work directly with students, helping them improve their communication skills and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
