Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time position with a school district in the Granite Falls, WA area. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing essential communication skills.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certification: Active Washington State SLP License issued by the Washington State Department of Health

Additional Credential: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Experience: Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting is required
-
Additional Requirements: Must meet all local and state requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting
Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal setting and progress monitoring
