About the Opportunity:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Grand Rapids, MI. This position involves working across two school locations, serving a K-12 caseload with the support of a collaborative team of SLPs. The role is open to CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and runs ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).

- Caseload: K-12 students
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI (traveling between two schools)
- Collaboration: Work with a team of experienced SLPs
- Open To: CCC-SLPs and CFYs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Travel between two school locations to support students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and other SLPs
- Maintain IEP documentation and monitor student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and CCC-SLPs
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
