Your Mission as a School Speech Language Pathologist:
- Conduct fun and thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills.
- Craft creative and effective IEPs with goals that make a difference.
- Provide engaging and impactful direct therapy services.
- Team up with teachers, parents, and other cool school staff to weave communication goals into the classroom.
- Keep organized (because it helps everyone!).
- Be a vital part of IEP meetings and student support discussions.
- Share your expertise and support school staff on all things communication.
- Keep your skills sharp with the latest and greatest in SLP practices!
What You'll Need to Join the Fun:
- Hold (or be willing to obtain!) an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Colorado.
- Experience with high school students is a plus!
- Awesome assessment, diagnostic, and therapy superpowers!
- Fantastic communication and collaboration skills – you're a team player!
- The ability to shine independently and as part of a multidisciplinary crew.
- A solid understanding of IEPs – you know the drill!
