We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based position near Gambier, Ohio, for the 2024/2025 school year. Position Overview:
- Location: Near Gambier, OH
- Caseload/Population: K-12th grade students
- Assignment Period: Full school year
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop effective IEP goals
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning and decision-making
- Provide direct services to students to improve their communication skills
- Foster a supportive environment for students to enhance their academic performance
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ohio SLP licensure required
- Experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with students to help them succeed
