School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Ellicott, CO
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a vibrant school team near Ellicott, CO. This school-based role will allow you to work with students to enhance their speech and language abilities, fostering communication skills that support their academic success. Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication needs.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language delays.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students receive the appropriate support.

Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy goals as necessary.

Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight into student progress and making recommendations for interventions.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Colorado SLP license or eligibility.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
