Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Dedham, MA
ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Dedham, MA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with PreK-5th grade students, providing individualized speech therapy services in a collaborative school setting.
Position Details:
- Location: Dedham, MA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM
- Caseload: 38 students, PreK - 5th grade
- Setting: General education classrooms with pull-out speech therapy
- Duties: Conduct evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop therapy plans
- Implement IEP-driven interventions to support speech and language development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to enhance student communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
