VocoVision is recruiting a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services specialized in fluency and voice disorders for students in Dayton, Ohio. Our innovative platform allows qualified SLPs to deliver specialized therapy regardless of geographic barriers.

- 37.5 hours per week virtual schedule
- Mixed grade levels (K-12)
- Focused caseload of approximately 45-50 students
- Specialization in fluency disorders and voice therapy
- Combination of direct therapy and consultative services
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for stuttering and voice disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans for fluency and voice treatment
- Deliver specialized virtual therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Provide strategies for classroom accommodations and modifications
- Consult with teachers on supporting students with fluency/voice challenges
- Guide parents in supporting communication at home
- Monitor and document progress using objective measures
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in fluency and voice therapy
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Ohio SLP license
- Minimum 2 years of experience with fluency and voice disorders
- Specialized training in stuttering therapy preferred
- Experience with virtual therapy delivery preferred
- Strong counseling skills for addressing affective components
- Excellent virtual therapy engagement abilities
- Quiet, private workspace for confidential virtual therapy
- Computer with high-quality camera and audio capabilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Comfort with virtual therapy platforms
- Ability to analyze speech samples virtually
