About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with early childhood students (ages 3-5) in an itinerant setting in Conway, AR. This position runs ASAP through May 22, 2025, with 35 hours per week available. The district is open to Clinical Fellows (CFs), Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and two part-time candidates if needed.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours per week) or two part-time candidates
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 22, 2025
- Caseload: Early childhood (ages 3-5)
- Setting: Itinerant (travel between locations required)
- Location: Conway, AR
- Open To: SLPs, SLPAs, and CFs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to early childhood students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Maintain IEP documentation and track progress
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs)
- Active Arkansas SLP or SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs
- Experience working with preschool-aged students preferred
- Ability to manage an itinerant schedule effectively
