Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Contract Position

Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract role in Conway, AR. Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Arkansas
- ASHA certification is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in a school-based setting is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and parents
State-Specific Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Arkansas
Position Details:
- Full-time or part-time school-based contract position
- Provide speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy and support for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Compensation: $40 - $60/hr, based on experience
