School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Onsite and Virtual Options - Chicago, IL

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position offers the flexibility of both onsite (W-2) and virtual (1099) options, allowing you to support a K-12 caseload based on your preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in Illinois.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience with K-12 students is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
