School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Salinas, CA
Soliant is partnering with a school district in Salinas, CA, to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. Position Details:
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Salinas, CA
- Employment Type: Full-time, contract
- Caseload: K-12 (specifics discussed in the interview)
- Hourly Pay Range: $50 - $65 per hour (depending on experience and district budget)
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
