Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) / Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - New Graduates Welcome!

Position: Full-Time
Start Date: August [2025-2026]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP position) or Bachelor’s degree (for SLPA position).
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, as well as therapeutic techniques.
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in state
  • For SLPA positions, certification or experience assisting in speech therapy practices preferred but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children or adults with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
