Job Description:
Join our supportive team in Manville , New Jersey as a Paraprofessional! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

- Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch
Qualifications:
- Associates degree; New Jersey paraprofessional certification preferred
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning
