Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Gallatin, TN
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a public school district in Gallatin, TN for the current school year. Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, school-based
- Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: Gallatin, TN
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific caseload to be discussed)
- Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing speech and language therapy to students
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct speech screenings and follow-up assessments
- Provide direct therapy under the supervision of an SLP
- Track student progress and maintain therapy documentation
- Collaborate with school staff to enhance the learning environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLPA license in Tennessee
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
