Speech Language Pathologist - SLP CF

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking out an energetic speech language pathologist that is able to work well with other school based therapists. We are open to hiring clinical fellows as well, so new grads are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to students in a school environment.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).
- Track and document student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive school environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Currently completing or in the process of completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Eligible for or currently licensed in Oregon.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
