Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to K-12 students.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
- Engage in professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and therapeutic techniques.
- Passion for working with children and diverse speech-language needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
