Exciting Opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Carmichael, CA
We are seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Carmichael. This role involves providing vital speech and language services to students across a K-12 caseload, assisting them in developing essential communication skills to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure continued growth.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create an effective support plan for students.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.

Experience working with K-12 students, addressing a wide range of speech and language needs.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
