Soliant is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position near Butler, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team and provide speech and language services to students in need.
Job Details:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Create individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ specific needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to track progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain documentation and provide progress reports.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an SLP in Alabama (or ability to obtain).
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
