Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Maine (2024-2025 School Year)
We are excited to invite a passionate Virtual School Speech Language Pathologist to join our innovative remote team. In this role, you’ll work closely with students to provide tailored teletherapy that addresses their unique speech and language needs, ensuring they thrive in their educational journey—all from the comfort of your own space. If you’re committed to enhancing communication skills in a virtual environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maine SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
